It is also possible to pay by bank transfer. Please send an email to orkestbandenkopen@gmail.com, state your personal information of the backing track(s) you want to purchase and the fact that you want to pay by bank transfer. Your order will be processed as soon as we receive the bank transfer.
<strong>Digital deliver (Downloaden)</strong>
After a complete financial settlement you receive a mail with the link(s) to download the ordered backing tracks in WAV format. If you have an account your order will be added to your account so you kept a list of ordered backing tracks and here at any time to download it again.
<strong>Replacement of corrupted data</strong>
We do our utmost to guarantee downloads of an impeccable quality. If however the download link doesn’t work or the downloaded file is corrupted, Orkestbandenkopen.nl will send you the concerning file through Wetransfer or a similar service. All you have to do is send us a request to do so by e-mail.
Refunds are only possible if you can prove that you did not receive the concerning file through We transfer (or a similar service) or if you can prove that the sended file is corrupted.
